Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from our facility in Mesa, Arizona.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax). Expedited shipping options remain available at carrier-calculated rates. Free shipping may not apply to oversized/heavy items or promotional bundles (see exclusions below).

Which carriers do you use?
We ship using major U.S. carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). The carrier and shipping options available will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship only within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at support@mrheals.com with your order number, photos of the item(s) and packaging, and a description of the issue. Please keep all packaging materials, as carriers may require them to process claims.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses or for reshipping fees that result from such errors.


Full Shipping Terms

Fulfillment Location:
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility in Mesa, Arizona. Undeliverable packages and authorized returns are processed through our operations office in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. Processing time does not include shipping time. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We use live carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout. Shipping costs are determined by the carrier based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary.

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more (after discounts, before tax). Expedited options (such as 2-Day or Overnight) remain available at carrier-calculated rates and are not included in the free shipping promotion. The free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout when your cart qualifies.

Exclusions: Free shipping may not apply to oversized/heavy items, bulk orders, or certain promotional bundles. Any exclusions will be noted on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping Locations:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Delays:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. Mr. Heals LLC is not responsible for delays once an order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mrheals.com with your order number, photos of the item(s) and packaging, and a description of the issue.
Important: Please retain all packaging materials, as carriers may require them to process claims. Once the carrier marks a package "Delivered," responsibility passes to the customer. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation.

Shipping Address Errors:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses or for reshipping fees that may result from such errors.

Signature Confirmation:
For high-value orders (e.g., $200 or more), we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If you are unavailable to sign, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the carrier for redelivery or pickup.

Restricted States:
Certain products (including hemp-derived gummies and edibles) are not available for shipment to jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law. We currently do not ship such products to states with restrictions. Availability varies by state and is subject to change.

Age Requirement:
All hemp-derived THC and CBD products are intended for use only by persons 21 years of age or older. By ordering, you represent that you are at least 21 years old.
