Return & Refund FAQ

Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for opened, used, or unwanted items.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or was shipped in error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to correct the issue.

How do I request help with a damaged or incorrect order?
Please email us at support@mrheals.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and provide instructions for a return or replacement if approved.

Do you refund shipping costs?
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

What if my package is marked "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?
Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. Claims for missing packages must be made directly with the carrier.

If you experience one of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to correct the problem.

To request assistance, email us at support@mrheals.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we'll provide return or replacement instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Buyer's remorse or dissatisfaction with taste/experience
  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported lost or stolen

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please keep both the item(s) and original packaging, as carriers may require inspection for claims. Failure to retain packaging may result in denial of replacement or refund. We'll guide you through the process and assist with the claim where possible.
