I have to tell you I was diagnosed 18 years ago with reflux. My gallbladder was taken out and I have gone back-and-forth a different products for years trying to find something that is consistent. It works well this reflux shield. I’m so amazed by it. I’ve never seen that technology before or that science, and both myself, and I take care of my mother. She deals with the same reflux.. Neither of us have had an upset, stomach or heartburn since we started taking it. That’s been about three weeks now, so 100% I am completely impressed.

[TAB: How It Works]
Our formula uses sodium alginate, derived from seaweed. When it interacts with stomach acid, it forms a gel barrier. Sodium bicarbonate generates CO2 that gets trapped in the gel, making it buoyant so the barrier floats on top of stomach contents. Calcium carbonate provides calcium ions that cross-link the alginate into a stronger, more cohesive gel.
The result is a physical raft that helps keep acid where it belongs. No acid suppression. No dependency. No rebound when you stop. The raft gradually breaks down naturally over several hours.

Not All Reflux Solutions
Work the Same Way
Most products suppress or neutralize the acid your body needs for digestion. We took a different approach entirely.
Shut down the proton pumps that produce stomach acid. Effective, but your body still needs acid for digestion, mineral absorption, and pathogen defense.
Well-documented rebound effect. Stopping can trigger worse symptoms than you started with. Recommended in 14-day cycles, yet many people stay on them for years.
Leave acid production alone. A physical gel raft floats on top of stomach contents and keeps acid in place. No rebound. No dependency. Stop whenever you want.
Block histamine receptors in the stomach lining to reduce acid production. Less aggressive than PPIs, but still changes your body's chemistry.
Tolerance builds over time. The same dose becomes less effective. Rebound is milder than PPIs but still present in regular users.
Mechanical barrier. No receptors blocked, no chemistry altered. The raft works the same way on day one as day one hundred. No tolerance buildup.
Neutralize acid with calcium carbonate or magnesium hydroxide after it has already risen into the esophagus. Purely reactive.
Fast but short-lived. Once the tablet dissolves, you're unprotected. Does nothing to prevent the next episode. Frequent use can affect mineral balance.
Prevention over reaction. The alginate raft forms within minutes and can stay in place for hours. It works before acid rises, not after.
Sodium alginate in water. Same barrier concept, but the raft relies solely on the alginate's natural density to stay in position.
No buoyancy agent. No cross-linking agent. No added vitamins or mucosal support compounds. The barrier forms, but it's not engineered to float or hold together as effectively.
Sodium bicarbonate generates CO2 that gets trapped in the gel, making it buoyant. Calcium carbonate provides ions that cross-link the alginate into a stronger, more cohesive barrier. Plus Calcium Pantothenate (B5) and Poly-L-Lysine for mucosal support. Same price. More complete formula.
Your stomach acid exists for a reason. Digestion, mineral absorption, pathogen defense. Instead of suppressing what your body needs, Reflux Shield works with your biology. A physical barrier that keeps acid in its place. 9 clean ingredients. Non-GMO. Potassium free. One teaspoon after meals.

How Reflux Shield™ Works
A physical alginate barrier — not an antacid — that floats on stomach contents to help prevent reflux.
Acid Reflux Problem
Stomach acid rises through the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), causing heartburn, irritation, and discomfort in the esophageal lining.
