Every Thanksgiving I tell myself the same thing — this year I’m taking it easy. No seconds, no pie before dinner, no falling asleep halfway through the fourth quarter. And every single year, I lose that battle.

So this year, I’m trying something different. We’re doing a Mr. Heals Thanksgiving — a meal built with intention, calm, and just the right amount of science. Small, measured microdoses that turn classic comfort food into something that still feels indulgent, but never overwhelming.

We’re not talking about “edibles” here. We’re talking about balance. About clean ingredients, better dosing, and dishes that help you enjoy the day instead of sleeping through it. These recipes use our Infused Sugar and Infused Sea Salt — both delivering 11 mg THC + 11 mg CBD per teaspoon — so you can measure, bake, and season with total confidence.

Whether you’re hosting the whole crew or just cooking for two, these recipes bring that same cozy, home-cooked flavor — just with a calmer, more grounded twist.


🥔 Microdose Mashed Potatoes

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 cup whole milk or heavy cream (warmed)
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter
  • 1 tsp regular salt, cracked pepper
  • ½ tsp Mr. Heals Infused Sea Salt
  • Optional: ¼ tsp Mr. Heals Infused Sugar for slight sweetness

Instructions

  1. Peel if you like, cube, and boil potatoes until fork tender (about 20 minutes). Drain well.
  2. Mash with butter, then fold in warm milk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with regular salt and pepper, then stir in the infused sea salt so it distributes evenly through the batch.
Dosing math:
½ tsp Infused Sea Salt ≈ 5.5 mg THC + 5.5 mg CBD total → 5.5 ÷ 8 = ~0.7 mg per serving.
Optional ¼ tsp Infused Sugar adds 2.75 mg total → ~0.34 mg more per serving.
Formula: (potency per tsp × teaspoons used) ÷ servings.

🍠 Maple Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes

Serves: 20 small scoops or 12 generous

Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Mr. Heals Infused Sugar (6 tsp total)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of Mr. Heals Infused Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain.
  2. Toss with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, pinch of infused sea salt, and the infused sugar.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 375°F to caramelize the edges.
Dosing math:
Infused Sugar = 11 mg THC + 11 mg CBD per tsp.
2 tbsp = 6 tsp → 6 × 11 = 66 mg THC + 66 mg CBD total.
20 small servings → 66 ÷ 20 = 3.3 mg per serving.
12 generous servings → 66 ÷ 12 = 5.5 mg per serving.

🧈 Compound Butter for Dinner Rolls

Makes: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temp
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp parsley, lemon zest to taste
  • ¼ tsp Mr. Heals Infused Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix everything until smooth. Chill 15 minutes to set slightly.
  2. Spread about 1 tbsp per roll.
Dosing math:
¼ tsp Infused Sea Salt ≈ 2.75 mg total → 2.75 ÷ 8 = ~0.34 mg per serving.

🥂 Cranberry Spritzers

Makes: per glass

Ingredients

  • 6 oz cranberry juice
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • Splash of sparkling water
  • ½ tsp Mr. Heals Infused Sugar
  • Ice, rosemary sprig

Instructions

  1. Stir juices with the infused sugar until dissolved. Add ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with rosemary.
Dosing math: ½ tsp = 5.5 mg THC + 5.5 mg CBD per glass.
For a lighter pour around 2.75 mg, use ¼ tsp.

🥧 Pumpkin Pie Microdose Edition

Makes: 1 pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 in) pie crust
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar (swap part with infused)
  • 3 tbsp Mr. Heals Infused Sugar (9 tsp total)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp clove
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Whisk filling until smooth and glossy. Pour into crust.
  2. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then 350°F for about 40 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
Dosing math:
9 tsp × 11 mg = 99 mg THC + 99 mg CBD total.
8 slices → 99 ÷ 8 = 12.4 mg per slice.
16 slices → 99 ÷ 16 = 6.2 mg per slice.
For a true microdose (2–5 mg), reduce to 2 tbsp infused sugar (66 mg total) or cut smaller slices.

Serving Notes

  • Label infused dishes or keep them on one tray so there’s no confusion.
  • For most guests, stay in the 2–5 mg range per serving.
  • Start low, go slow. You can always go back for seconds.
